There is no exclusive parking at the venue. However, there are several public parking lots available in the vicinity.
What are the nearest public transport options?
- Metro: The venue is conveniently located near two metro stations: Liceu Station (L3 - Green Line): About 5 minutes walk from the venue. Jaume I Station (L4 - Yellow Line): Also about 5 minutes walk.
- Bus: The nearest bus stop is Via Laietana - Pl Ramon Berenguer, just 4 minutes walk from the venue. This stop serves several bus lines, including V15, V17, 47, and 59.
- On foot: Located in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, the venue can easily be reached on foot from central locations such as Plaça Catalunya and La Rambla.

Where can I get tickets?
On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, or on the Fever website
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
There will be a box office at the venue. However, tickets may sell out before you arrive at the event, so we strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets on the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I have to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used when purchasing the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds accepted?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you wish to make the change, contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by viewing your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

Can I make a reservation for a group?

Do I have to arrive at the start of the scheduled session?
We recommend that you arrive at the time indicated on your ticket, but you can arrive within a 10-minute window.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at the event venue, not even service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is held in an accessible venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf or visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience has not been able to be adapted for people with visual or hearing disabilities. We do our best to make all our experiences inclusive and we recommend that you check out other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?

This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for all guests.
Will there be restrooms available at the venue?

You can take photos of the venue, including the hardware and some of the decorations, but not record the experience itself.
Is there a lost and found service?

No, however, the recommended age is 8 years old.
